1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WELSMS at welsms.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WELSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are active for up to 25 minutes per purchase. We do not guarantee delivery of SMS from all services.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You may not use our service for illegal activities, fraud, or spam
• One account per user — multiple accounts may be suspended
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Payments & Wallet

All wallet balances are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Deposits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Wallet balances have no expiry date.

5. Limitation of Liability

WELSMS is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from failure to receive SMS from third-party providers. Our automatic refund policy covers cases where no SMS is received within 25 minutes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Wallet balances in terminated accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
