WELSMS Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WELSMS, a product of Elevonix Limited ("Elevonix", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use WELSMS.

WELSMS is a virtual number and SMS verification platform that helps individuals and businesses receive OTP/SMS verification codes from international phone numbers.

By using WELSMS, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

Depending on how you use WELSMS, we may collect:

• Account information such as name, email address, username, password-related authentication data, and account identifiers.
• Transaction information such as deposits, purchases, wallet activity, transaction references, amounts, timestamps, and payment status.
• Service information such as selected country, provider, service, virtual-number details, activation status, SMS/OTP delivery status, and related technical records.
• Technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, operating system, approximate location derived from technical data, logs, cookies, and security events.

3. SMS and Verification Data

When you use WELSMS to receive an SMS, the platform may process the telephone number, sender information, message content, OTP/code, timestamps, activation identifiers, and related metadata to display the requested SMS and operate the service.

Because WELSMS relies on third-party number and telecommunications providers, relevant service data may pass through or be processed by those providers.

Users should not intentionally use WELSMS to receive highly sensitive personal information belonging to another person. WELSMS does not guarantee that SMS content received through third-party networks will be private from those networks.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide virtual numbers and SMS verification services.
• Process wallet funding, purchases, refunds where applicable, and billing records.

WELSMS uses third-party integrations. These may include virtual-number providers, SMS gateways, telecommunications providers, payment processors, hosting and cloud infrastructure, authentication services, analytics/security providers, email providers, and other technology partners.

We may share or transmit information with these providers where necessary to deliver the service, process payments, authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, maintain infrastructure, provide support, or comply with law.

Third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. WELSMS does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Payment providers may collect payment-card, bank, billing, device, fraud-prevention, or other information under their own privacy notices.

WELSMS may receive transaction confirmations and limited payment-related information needed to credit wallets, reconcile transactions, prevent fraud, and provide support.
